Retirement Life at the Lakehouse

I retired June 2009 and I have spent much more time at The Lakehouse. I have enjoyed each and every day and have not had a bored moment. I stay so busy doing things I want to do that I rarely find myself idle. I guess with the major remodeling complete there has not been as much to post. This is a new phase of life at The Lakehouse and maybe I can post retirement memories.

2006 HIGHLIGHTS

The 1st part of 2006 was kinda slow at THE LAKEHOUSE, but I guess thats not too unusual. I think this is the year that Chloe had her birthday party at THE LAKEHOUSE, but I have no pictures since I was not there, but from what I heard they had a BLAST! I had to be in class all of the spring so my trips to Alabama were few and far between. I finished up just in time for Memorial Day. Pat and I had our 25th anniversary, thats the silver one ... so we got a silver storage building, and we also were able to get our driveway rocked with grey rock, lol. We had the MYHAND REUNION the Saturday before the 4th of July. Rusty even managed to get to THE LAKEHOUSE for a week.
