Sunday, June 3rd

Chris and Kyle got in at 1 A.M. ... the bus had problems on the way back from Mississippi State so they got a later start than planned. Tanner and I watched movies and waited for them until about midnight then we had to crash, lol. I did wake when they pulled in and got up to visit. Chris had Blake's report card and it was good as we had expected. He is still waiting for Kyle's....hope that one turns out as expected, too. We all crashed again until Chris's alarm went off... he had to leave here by 7 to get to Anniston to get Brooke and return for lunch with family. I crashed when he left for another nap before time to start cooking.



Sunday was a very nice day!!!!!

I cooked lunch for Mom and Dad, Josh and Hannah, Randy and Glenda, Susan, Rando, Ali and Chloe, Chris, Kyle, Blake and Brooke, Tanner, Aunt Helen, Pat and Myself. We had a nice visit with all and watched the kids play on the lake. The sun was even out and the smokey haze was gone. I thought I got pictures of everyone while we were in the house ...but apparently I got side tracked and did not get any of the women.

as always... should be a fun
week for them. Brooke I love the hat and my what big eyes you have.





Everyone waiting for the food to be ready. I will say we are doing a GREAT job of breaking in my new kitchen. The new design works out sooooo much better for the crowd.




The men sat at the table and talked about the work stuff after they ate.

We had ham, macaroni and cheese, cream potatoes, fried squash, pinto beans and cornbread. We had red velvet cake and ice cream for desert.

Josh and Blake are the 1st to get to the cake. Honestly by the time I got to the kitchen the cake was gone all but 2 small pieces.


















We all have muscles. They just seem to think when I take pictures they are suppose to contribute to the collection.

This crew is chilling after a busy evening of water fun.

This should be a much better week...We plan to do a fish fry on Tuesday and have family and friends over so that should be another check out on the kitchen. tracy and Tyler will be here for the fish fry. I hope Dustin gets to make that one. I hear he has a new ride to show off......Brandon we will be glad when you get thru populating the world long enough to spend some summer time with us, lol. I need a weekly report via EMAIL to keep up with Christi and the progress of the twins and updates on Emma and anything new she is doing. Are we doing weekly Dr. visits?
